Capability of cost analyzing, knowing the composition of faucet costs. ●支持新产品的开发：跨部门合作支持新产品的开发和导入，确保项目目标可以按计划达成，同时保证项目的最优成本，品质以及其它衡量标准满足项目需求；Cross-functions teamwork to support the NPI to ensure that project targets are met regarding schedule, best in class cost, quality and other key measures ●供应商数据库建立：按照物料类别维护和建立供应商数据资料库，并保持季度性的更新以便于改善未来开发的效率。Suppliers database build up according to different material family and keep quarterly up to date so that improve the sourcing efficiency for future. ●供应商绩效管理：负责供应商的月度绩效管理，维护与供应商的合作关系，并推动供应商工作的持续改善，协调处理供应商品质异常等问题。Be Responsible for suppliers monthly per;ance management, maintain the cooperative relationship with suppliers, drive the continuous improvement of suppliers; work, coordinate and deal with abnormal quality and other problems. ●年度审核和风险管控：负责并参与供应商的年度审核计划，识别潜在风险，尤其是在供应商的交付产能，财务状况等。Engage in the suppliers annual audit and risk identification. Job Requirements任职要求： ● 有卫浴、门锁及其他五金行业供应商开发及供应商管理五年以上经验Have over 5 year-sourcing experience in Sanitary ; faucet，lockset or another hardware industry. ● 大专以上学历Junior college or above. ● 英语要求：能用英语进行交流 can communicate in simple spoken English. ● 熟悉操作Excel 和PPT. Be familiar with Excel and PPT. ● 适应长期出差工作安排和具备可移动办公的能力；Adapt to business trip frequently and the ability for mobile working. 3. 胜任能力及要求Competency ; Requirement. ● 熟悉卫浴、门锁及其他五金行业基准单价或成本Be familiar with benchmark in Sanitary ; faucet or another hardware industry . ● 熟悉图纸以及物料品质标准，Be familiar with standards of materiel quality and drawing. ● 具备较强的成本意识、责任心和时间观念，具备良好敬业精神及职业道德. Have a strong sense of cost, responsibility and time concept, with good professionalism and professional ethics. ● 具备良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力.
